| In 1991 the museum opened its doors to the public, and in 2001 expanded
further with the creation of this site.
Following the most recent improvements to the museum, we hope to bring you more from the museum and its open days. Some exhibits are on the move and some are brand new, with the usual visiting displays on the open days from local collectors. We are currently putting together a links page, initially it will concentrate on the 93rd Bomb Group, 2nd Air Division and 8th Air Force sites. If you would like to suggest a site for inclusion on our links page, especially those in the United States, we would be pleased to hear from you. You can see the update includes new pages and links with more in construction, so please visit again and we look forward to meeting you in person at one of the museum open days. |
| Remembrance Day at Hardwick in 2001 had a deeper meaning on this occasion. In light the recent events, we thought our American friends who couldn't be with us then, would like to see some pictures taken at the time. Either click here or use the links from the Memorial page. |

| Outside there are many more exhibits from fixed to displays on various

that we provide refreshments and an area to sit down.
The refreshments can be found in hut 2 where a B24 assembly ship still fly's over the site. |
